Judith K. Manouchehri

Judith K. Manouchehri is the Principle and Founder of the firm. Judith represents buyers, sellers, owners, and developers in all aspects of the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial and industrial properties. She is also an active licensed real estate broker. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and office leases, purchase and sale agreements for improved and unimproved real estate, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, restrictive covenants and CC&Rs.

On a national basis, Mrs. Manouchehri has represented landlords and tenants in all types of retail, industrial, office and medical-use building leases, and in all aspect of the leasing process, including the negotiation of leases, work letters, extension agreements, termination and work out agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates and related documents. Further, Mrs. Manouchehri handles all aspects of real estate due diligence, including review of title reports, negotiation of title insurance policies, and analysis of ALTA surveys and environmental site assessments.

Judith was in-house counsel at Panda Restaurant Group, serving as a real estate attorney. In her tenure of nearly 5 years with Panda, she conducted due diligence, negotiated mall leases, space leases, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements, general contractor contracts, access agreements and related real estate and construction contracts for the opening of over 100 new Panda Express locations. Mrs. Manouchehri managed the company's real estate forms review project during her last year at Panda.

Mrs. Manouchehri graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. She received her Juris Doctorate from USC's Gould School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2005.
